• Anchoring to tarmac is only possible provided that the tarmac surface is at least 18 cm thick.
• Anchoring to concrete is only possible provided that the concrete surface is at least 20 cm thick.
• Anchoring into the ground is only possible provided that the soil profile consists of homogeneous soil. We do not recommend anchoring directly into sandy or other non-homogeneous soil profiles; however, it is possible if concrete footings are constructed.
2. The use of chemical or steel anchors in solid surfaces such as asphalt, concrete and the like is only permitted in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations for these anchors.
Assembly of the hall
1. The Buyer shall carry out the assembly of the hall using their own resources in accordance with the assembly manual, or, by mutual agreement, the Seller shall carry out professional assembly of the hall.
2. The Seller is entitled to request that the Customer settle the full invoice for the hall’s assembly in accordance with the agreed price for assembly and transport prior to the actual assembly.

1. The Client is obliged to obtain, at its own expense, all necessary valid permits, notifications and consents required by the relevant legislation (in particular under the Building Act and related regulations) for the execution of the works. The Contractor shall not be liable for the absence of such permits nor for any penalties imposed by the relevant authorities for this reason.
2. The Client is obliged to hand over to the Contractor a construction site/assembly area that is properly prepared and safe, including ensuring unobstructed access, an access road suitable for lorries and machinery, as well as sufficient manoeuvring space.
3. The Client is obliged to provide a supply of electricity, water and other utilities necessary for the performance of the assembly works, unless the contracting parties agree otherwise.
4. The Client is obliged to provide a suitable sub-base or foundation for the marquee to be erected in accordance with the Contractor’s technical requirements and to provide a written declaration to that effect. 6. The Client is obliged to take delivery of the work without undue delay upon its proper completion.
7. Should the Client fail to fulfil any of its obligations under this Article, it shall be liable for all consequences, costs, damages and delays arising therefrom
8. Hall maintenance conditions
Tensioning the tarpaulin
1. The tarpaulin must be tensioned regularly; it is recommended that this be done twice a year, always before the start of winter and in spring once the frosts have eased. In cold weather, the tarpaulin may stiffen; in warm weather, it may sag.
2. The hall must always be kept taut.
3. Tension the tarpaulin using the tensioning handles fitted to the anchor feet and by tightening the tensioning ropes.
Snow and wind loads
1. If snow accumulation exceeds the specified snow load, it is necessary to clear the snow from the hall roof unless it falls off by itself. It is also necessary to clear larger accumulations of snow from the sides of the hall. (Max. 10 cm of snow.)
2. Do not leave gates open and unsecured in strong winds. If wind speeds exceed the permitted load for the specific hall model (as stated in the technical data sheet), we recommend temporarily removing the tarpaulin.
Checking the anchoring
1. Check regularly – particularly after rain, during periods of adverse weather conditions, after winter, etc. – the condition of the hall’s anchoring to the ground and the condition of the anchor rods. A loose anchoring rod must be replaced with a longer one or, if necessary, driven into the ground at a different angle.
2. For halls anchored to a solid surface, it is essential to check the condition of the surface around the chemical or driven anchor; minor cracks may cause the anchor to become loose, which could lead to the hall becoming unstable.
Steel structure of the hall
1. Under optimal conditions, the galvanised steel structure of the hall has a service life of up to 20 years. In conditions of high humidity, the service life of the structure is reduced proportionally. It is therefore essential to keep the interior dry.
2. Ventilate the hall regularly by opening the gates at both ends of the hall. If this method of ventilation proves insufficient, it is recommended that the hall be fitted with ventilation fans.
Tarpaulin maintenance
1. Excessive humidity inside the hall can lead to the growth of mould.
2. Ventilate the hall regularly
3. The tarpaulin can be treated with standard anti-mould agents.
4. Wash off dirt using standard detergents.
5. It is not recommended to use solvent-based cleaning agents to clean the tarpaulin.
6. In the event of minor mechanical damage to the tarpaulin (cracks, tears and cuts), we recommend repairing the damage by sticking a new piece of PVC tarpaulin over the affected areas to prevent further damage
9. Warranty
1. The Seller guarantees that the delivered hall will retain the functional properties described in the accompanying documentation, provided that the conditions set by the manufacturer and the Seller are complied with.
2. The Seller is liable for defects in the quantity, quality and workmanship of the hall whilst it is in its unassembled state at the time of the transfer of the risk of damage to the Buyer, i.e. up to the date of its acceptance by the Buyer.
3. In the event of any latent defects in the supplied parts and accessories, the Buyer is obliged to lodge a complaint regarding such defects without undue delay immediately upon their discovery, within the warranty period specified in the order.
4. The Buyer is obliged to inspect all delivered components and to initiate a complaint procedure in the event of obvious defects no later than 7 working days from the date the defect is discovered.
5. Where installation is carried out by the Buyer or a third party, the Seller shall bear no liability for any damage caused during the course of such installation.
6. Where installation is carried out by the Seller, the Seller guarantees high-quality professional workmanship and is liable for any damage caused during installation; the Seller also provides a 2-year installation warranty. In the event of unprofessional handling or alterations to the hall following professional installation, the Buyer shall be liable for all damage incurred.
7. The Seller shall not be liable for defects in the hall arising as a result of the Buyer’s actions or other events, in particular:
• failure to comply with the Seller’s or the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the use and maintenance of the hall,
• as a result of failure to comply with operational, safety or hygiene regulations,
• as a result of unauthorised alterations or modifications to the hall or its deliberate damage,
• as a result of a fire in the vicinity or another natural disaster or other external influences,
• damage caused by or theft by a third party.
8. The hall, in the condition in which it is delivered under this contract, is not intended for the storage of corrosive chemicals (acids, alkalis, ammonia, etc.) or highly flammable materials such as fuels, heating oils, industrial gases, etc. Furthermore, it is not suitable for the storage of explosives, ammunition and pyrotechnic materials.
10. Complaints
1. The Buyer is obliged to initiate the complaints procedure in the event of obvious defects in the hall no later than 7 working days from the date on which the defect is discovered.
2. In the event of any latent defects in the hall, the Buyer is obliged to make a complaint regarding such defects during the warranty period. A defect is deemed to have been notified by the Buyer in good time if it is brought to the Seller’s attention at any time during the warranty period.
3. The Seller has a period of 30 days from the date the complaint is lodged to resolve it.
4. Methods of submitting a complaint:
• by email received at the email address•
by letter sent to the Seller’s address
5. Required details of the notification:
• customer identification – customer’s name, address and, where applicable, company registration number • order identification – order number•
brief
description• photographic evidence
6. The complaint will be registered on the date of receipt of the email, telephone call or written correspondence delivered to the Seller’s address.
7. A complaint will be rejected if damage to the hall is caused by natural disasters, wilful damage, or damage resulting from improper handling by the Buyer or a third party.
8. We recommend that the hall be insured against natural disasters, theft, damage, etc.
11. Penalties
1. In the event of a delay on the part of the Seller in meeting deadlines, not caused by any delay on the part of the Buyer, the Seller shall be obliged to pay the Buyer a contractual penalty amounting to 0.03 per cent of the total purchase price of the hall for each day of delay. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in the cases specified by law and, furthermore, if the Supplier is more than 60 days late in handing over the unassembled hall or, where applicable, the assembled hall in accordance with the order. Should there be a claim for the return of the deposit, the deposit shall be refunded within 60 days.
2. In the event of failure to meet the due date of the final invoice, the Seller is entitled to charge compensation amounting to 0.05 per cent of the outstanding amount for each day of delay.

Legal relationships established on the basis of these GTC shall always be governed by the GTC in force at the time the legal relationship was established.
2. The Seller and the Buyer declare that they agree that communication between them shall be conducted, at their discretion, by post, email or telephone. In the case of delivery by post, correspondence shall be deemed to have been delivered on the third day following its dispatch.
