The ladder frame is one of the basic structural parts of the 0.85 m wide aluminum mobile scaffolding – it combines the supporting part of the frame and the ladder in one piece, so it does not have to be assembled or purchased separately. It is used as part of a new assembly, but also as a separate spare part for the scaffolding you already have.
Construction
The frame and ladder are made as one completely welded unit . This avoids pressed joints, which tend to be the weakest point when repeatedly folding and dismantling scaffolding. The ladder crossbars are spaced at regular intervals of 0.5 m and have grooves into which the struts and platforms snap precisely, so that the position of the individual elements is always the same and the assembly is repeatable without measuring.

The frame size is 0,85 × 2 m , with 4 crossbars . The frame is compatible with aluminum mobile scaffolding brands UTS, BoSS, Eiger and Lewis in the same width of 0.85 m – so it also fits into a set of other manufacturers if you need to supplement or replace a damaged part.
